How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all orders Australia-wide.
For $7.00 per order, you can upgrade to express shipping.
If you place an order before 12 noon AEST (Sydney time) Mon-Fri, your order will be dispatched on the same day it is received. Orders received after 12 noon will be dispatched the following business day. If you place an order any time from 12 noon Friday across a weekend, it will be dispatched the following Monday. *Public holidays excepted.
You will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched, and it will contain tracking details for the parcel.
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Orders within Sydney metro are usually delivered overnight. Wherever you are in Australia, you should receive your order within 2-7 business days from the time of ordering. Visit Australia Post for more information or contact us for an estimate of the shipping time.
If you are lucky enough to live on the Northern Beaches in Sydney, we do our own fast local delivery runs too.
If you haven't received your order
You can track your order with Australia Post directly or by phone on 13 76 78. If your order has not been received please contact us immediately and we will lodge an investigation.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers?
Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, collection points, everywhere Australia Post delivers. Check out MyPost for their full range of delivery options.
Do I need to be home at the time of delivery?
We request every parcel is signed for. However anyone can sign, not just the addressee. For some parcels, you can waive this option and choose Safe Drop if you prefer to have the parcel left in a safe place if no one is home. Learn more at Australia Post.
Can I pick up my order?
You will get your suit sooner and cheaper than you could have picked it up, with our same-day dispatch and free shipping. Anyway, our warehouse is not open to the public.
We do ship internationally upon request. Please contact us to discuss the options and costs. All international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. Please check with your local customs if this is the case. ARZEN has no control over and accepts no responsibility in regards to any customs or import duty fees. Please also note that we cannot provide any product warranties to international customers at this stage.
Warmth & flexibility guarantee
We accept returns within 28 days of purchase in Australia if you are not satisfied with the warmth or flexibility of your suit, even if you have already worn it in the water.
If you follow our personalised recommendations for sizing, we will take responsibility for all shipping costs to return the original item to us and send out the replacement to you. Otherwise, all costs to return the original item to us will be the customer's responsibility.
Standard exchange and return policy
We accept returns and exchanges for change of mind within 28 days of purchase in Australia. We can only accept returns if the wetsuit is unworn with the original tags intact, packed similarly to how it was received and with a copy of the original receipt.

How to return/exchange an item
If you would like to return or exchange your item, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact us with the details of your exchange or return request, so we can reserve your replacement suit and make a note against your order.
2. For steamers, to avoid creasing the finemesh on the chest and back, lay the suit out flat face-down, and roll it up from the ankles.
3. Pack your item carefully, similarly to how you received it, and enclose a copy of the original receipt.

We recommend you lodge your return at a post office to get proof of lodgement and a tracking number.
We will confirm receipt of your returned items in writing. If you are requesting an exchange, we will send your replacement item out on the same day we receive the returned item. If you are requesting a return, we will process your refund on the same day we receive the returned item.
